Delete your account and data
Cannot open the app?
Email us from the address linked to the account. Use the subject “Delete ShareBee account” and include the registered email. To prevent unauthorised deletions, we will send a verification message to that address.
What is deleted?
Account profile, credentials, published info pages and their media, saves, account-linked messages, notifications, and login records are removed from active systems. Content others have already saved, copied, or forwarded outside ShareBee is not under our control. Minimal records may be retained temporarily when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law.
Timing
In-app deletion normally takes effect immediately. Verified email requests are normally completed within 7 days. Residual backups normally rotate out within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone; accounts and content cannot be restored.
