Terms of Service
Welcome to ShareBee. By creating an account, signing in, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must meet the digital-consent age where you live, provide accurate information, and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account; contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. Accounts may not be sold, rented, or used to impersonate others.
2. The service
ShareBee helps users turn text, photos, and videos into link-shareable info pages, and may offer saves, messages, and statistics. Features may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued. Free service does not guarantee permanent storage or continuous availability—keep your own copies of important content.
3. Your content and licence
You retain rights in content you submit and confirm you have the rights needed to post and share it. To operate the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, processing, displaying, transmitting, moderating, and improving the service. The licence ends when content or the account is deleted, subject to legal retention, backup cycles, and copies lawfully obtained by others.
4. Prohibited use
Do not post or engage in illegal, fraudulent, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexual (especially involving minors), malware, spam, privacy-invasive, or unsafe content or activity. Do not bypass access controls, scrape at scale, disrupt the service, impersonate others, or share confidential information you lack authority to disclose.
5. Sharing, messages, and moderation
Anyone with a link may access and forward an info page—choose content and recipients carefully. We may use automated or human review and may restrict visibility, remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts. Users can report suspected violations from a shared page. For emergencies involving personal safety, contact local law enforcement or emergency services.
6. Third-party services
Features involving Google, Apple, Telegram, WhatsApp, and similar services are governed by their own terms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability or processing.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” User content is the user’s responsibility. We do not guarantee accuracy of content, permanent link availability, or uninterrupted service. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages where lawful; mandatory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Termination, changes, and law
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate service for violations, risk, or legal requirements. Material changes will be reasonably notified; continued use after changes take effect means acceptance. Where mandatory consumer protections apply first, disputes should begin with good-faith discussion.
9. Contact
